We're gearing up for something big — and we want you to be part of it. At rebel, we live and breathe sport. As we prepare to launch our brand-new Burwood store, opening early October, we're looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to take the lead on all things stock, operations, and omni-channel readiness. If you're ready to shape a high-performing store from the ground up — this is your moment.
About the Role
As Inventory Manager, you'll be the behind-the-scenes game-changer — driving operational excellence and ensuring our shelves (and digital carts) are stocked, organised and ready for action. From truck to shelf to customer's hands, you'll lead the charge on:
- Ensuring inventory integrity and reducing shrinkage
- Embedding a smooth and efficient 7-day refill process
- Driving stock availability to maximise sales
- Leading the team in online order execution and omni-retail service
- Coaching and developing your team to hit store and personal targets
- Being a hands-on leader on duty as part of the store's management team
This isn't a backroom job — it's a front-line leadership role where process meets passion.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in inventory, operations or stock management (retail or supply chain)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams
- Data-savvy with the ability to analyse and act on inventory trends
- Passion for process and continuous improvement
- A customer-first mindset with a drive to create seamless shopping experiences
Why Join Us?
- Performance-based Incentives that reward your impact
- Flexible rostering options available with Monday-Friday roster available.
- Ongoing Training & Development – we're serious about growing your career within retail stores and support office
- Access to team member discounts across all Super Retail Group brands.
Ready to Make Your Move? Don't just manage stock — manage momentum. Apply now to lead inventory operations at rebel's newest location and help shape the future of retail sport in Burwood.
