About The Role
We're looking for a highly organised and driven Inventory Manager to be the backbone of our Mid City store. This role is central to ensuring stock flows seamlessly, the shopfloor is full and ready for customers, and omni-channel operations (click & collect and home delivery) run with accuracy and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the inventory and replenishment process to keep the store full, organised, and customer-ready every day.
- Maintain stock integrity through accurate counts, audits, and investigation of discrepancies.
- Coordinate omni-channel operations (online orders, click & collect, returns) to meet service level expectations.
- Set and uphold high standards of accuracy and productivity across the inventory team.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor refill tasks to ensure key lines and promotional stock are always available.
- Act as the operational "engine room" of the store — ensuring the sales floor team can focus on delivering great customer experiences.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality work.
- Drive accountability for compliance with company processes, health & safety, and stock loss prevention.
About You
- Proven experience in inventory, logistics, or operations management (retail background preferred).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a solutions-driven mindset.
- Able to work at pace, balancing competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communicator who can lead and influence others across different teams.
- Comfortable with systems, reporting, and using data to make decisions.
- Motivated by keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.
