**Inventory Manager - Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) - Moorebank, Sydney**

This is an amazing opportunity to play a key leadership role that will support the centralised fulfilment of home delivery orders for two of the most loved and iconic Australian retail brands, Kmart and Target.

**What you'll be doing**:
- Manage Inventory to enable replenishment and forecasting merchandise to optimise availability and inventory holdings within the CFC in line with critical path timelines.- Manage the undertaking of regular and proactive analysis of merchandise performance to minimise cancellation of orders to maximise the adherence to NDD.- To ensure the Inventory is available and accurate for the Fulfillment Centre DIFOT performance is adequate to minimise write off, shrinkage and damages.

**The skills you'll have**:
- Highly analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.- Lean Continuous Improvement- Strong working knowledge of Excel- Knowledge of SQL / R / Python any data analytics tool is a plus- Strong project management experience working on complex initiatives with cross-functional teams in a very fast-moving environment- Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics fro broad audiences with a sound knowledge of Inventory Management.- Sound knowledge of Excel.- Sharp, analytical and thoughtful.- Strong attention to detail critical to succeed in this position.- High ability fro data mining.
