Our client, one of Australasia's leaders within their niche, is on the lookout for an Inventory Analyst to manage material in an investigative/analytical role at their Botany manufacturing site.

**The Role**:

- Co-ordinating and accurately reporting production into SAP
- Control of raw materials in production
- Generate reports around inventory accuracy/inventory discrepancies
- Perform Root Cause analysis on discrepancies
- Work closely with production, quality, finance and warehouse teams to close production orders from previous day, reconcile and adjust raw material, waste and finished goods inventory
- Work with planning team on inventory counts and future production plan/requirements
- Ensure 5S methodologies are applied within in the plant
- Participate in / Lead Continuous Improvement

**About You**:

- Experience working within a manufacturing environment (FMCG ideal)
- Previous experience within inventory management/control/analysis
- Working knowledge of SAP, Kiwiplan and MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical/investigative skills
- Strong understanding of OHS principles
- Lean Manufacturing / 5S experience preferred
