Our team are currently looking for a Credit Officer

**What you'll do**:
You'll undertake full credit management responsibilities, including reconciliations, receipt banking, credit reference checks, adjustment notes, taking a proactive approach with bullet proof attention to details. You'll update details, prepare documents and ensure timely and accurate communications along the way.

You'll also be responsible for our Debtor management, using our Finance 1 system. These responsibilities will include, turnover calculations, invoicing, credit notes, billing processing, contacting outstanding debtors and following up where necessary.

You'll prepare outstanding debtor reporting and aged debtor listings as well as lending a hand in year end processing.

**About you**:
You'll be goal orientated, and able to make decisions based on your experience, combined with analysis. Driven by providing the best in class customer experience you will be able to make and build strong and productive work relationships, by gaining trust and working collaboratively.

You will likely have 2 years plus experience in debtor credit and collections and an excellent understanding of what needs to be done and when. Lastly, your computer skills will be intermediate to advanced, ideally in Microsoft Office, Enterprise Finance and Technology one or similar.
