We are currently seeking a motivated Credit Officer to join our high energy recruitment and workforce solutions brand, Techforce Personnel in the Perth CBD.

**About you**
You have proven experience in a complex credit position and can demonstrate your ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your highly developed communication skills and positive ‘can-do’ attitude will ensure you are successful in this role.

You possess the following:

- History of work in a Credit Officer / Controller position
- Client ledger management including debt collection experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite
- Highly organised with the ability to multi task
- A professional telephone manner
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes

You will provide comprehensive support to the accounts team with your tasks including but not limited to:
**About the role**
- Provide a friendly and personable service to all relevant stakeholders
- Cash receipting, allocation and reconciliation of client accounts
- Performing credit checks on prospective clients and activating new clients within appropriate authority levels
- Invoice generation and account statements
- Adhering to the credit collections policy and maintaining debtor insurance cover in line with policy
- Assist in resolving client disputes with the accounts & payroll team
- Additional administrative support
