- **Credit Officer**, you will work with a tight-knit team to evaluate customers’ credit, ensure compliance and contribute to team targets in a collaborative environment. This role is an excellent pathway to a career within the credit, accounting or bookkeeping industry.- As a
- **Credit Officer** your responsibilities will include:
- Assess and investigate the credit history and financial status of applicants.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government guidelines.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment.
- Contribute to achieving collection and team targets.
- Discuss payment arrangements with customers.
- Maintain accurate data and reporting within specified timeframes.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years in an office or customer service environment
- Accounting, Bookkeeping or Credit experience desirable but not essential.
- Adhere a safe workplace and positive HS&E culture.
- Exposure to JDE, SAP or similar ERP packages preferable.
- Intermediate computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
- Strong data entry and customer service abilities.
- Collaborate as a valuable team player.
