Wilson Security are seeking an experienced
**Security Officer (Reliever)** to join their vibrant team with a high profile client.
- Located across Melbourne Metro area
- Permanent full time position

**About the Role**

As a Security Officer (Reliever) you will assist with covering leave and time off for the team at 3 sites across Lilydale, Box Hill and Flinders Street (CBD).

Work-life balance and fatigue management are very important to Wilson Security, therefore you will assist the team in taking well deserved holidays and time off.

This is a dynamic, fast paced environment that requires a driven and passionate person with a strong desire to make a difference and contribute to the success of the team.

**The position function includes**:

- Control room duties
- Internal and external patrols
- Concierge/Customer Service
- Issuing contractors and visitors permits/passes
- Disarming / arming alarms
- Isolating / de isolating fire panels

**Role Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster - 12 hour shifts
- Current VIC Security licence
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Valid VIC drivers licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work with conflicting time constraints
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proactive and problem solving mindset
- Willing to support both client team and security teams
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Computer literate in MS Office and associated programs
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
