**The Role**
We are currently seeking a recent graduate to join our Automation and Client Solutions (ACS) team as an Document Automation Specialist where you will have the opportunity to learn/develop your coding language skills. Our team is dedicated to developing and implementing automation solutions for high-volume transactions while fostering a positive and supportive team environment that encourages growth, innovation, and exceptional client service. It is not anticipated that interaction with clients will be required. This full-time permanent opportunity is open to the Brisbane or Melbourne office with hybrid working arrangements available.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- **Develop and implement document automation solutions**: As a specialist in document automation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing document automation solutions for your organisation. This will involve using specialized software to create document templates and developing custom scripts to automate document generation.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborating with with various stakeholders in your organisation, such as Legal SME's, Document Champions, Process Automation Team and the Process Transition Team, to ensure that the automated document creation and management processes meet the needs of the organisation, and communicating updates and changes as needed.
- **Document Development**: Production and maintenance of correspondence, clause library content, internal and external forms and documentation in Word, ensuring the style and formatting of all documentation conforms to the firm's standards.
- **Support**: Providing support to stakeholders including post implementation support as required.
- **Testing**:Provide** **document testing and code validation before release to SME or Document Champion.
**More About You**
- Proficient word processing skill set including formatting and styles in Microsoft Word 365
- Experience in automation/coding platforms including logic reasoning
- Tertiary Qualifications utilising coding principles or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time and tasks effectively
- Ability to work well as a team member
- Willingness to learn and use document automation software
- Basic analytical skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
