**The role**:
**What you'll be doing**:

- Execute BAU promotions in line with the marketing calendar.
- Build and maintain customer segments in Emarsys.
- Design, plan, and execute lifecycle campaigns using a test, measure, and learn approach.
- Uphold data governance and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Maintain CRM/database integrity through send management and data analysis.
- Support and execute CRM strategy based on customer behavior and insights.
- Focus on data unification, customer profiling, and cross-channel integration.
- Optimise lifecycle through automation, segmentation, and personalisation.
- Implement retention/reactivation strategies to increase LTV.
- Increase customer database size through high-quality lead generation campaigns.
- Enhance database health and manage our loyalty program.
- Provide insights from post-campaign analysis and competitor research.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimise lifecycle programs.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign results to improve engagement and retention.

**What you'll need**:

- 3+ years in a similar Digital Marketing role.
- Solid understanding of customer databases, personalisation, and segmentation.
- Experience with tools such as Emarsys (essential), Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Klaviyo.
- Experience with Power BI, Google Analytics, MS Excel, Customer Data Platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical, proactive, and the ability to problem solve.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
