**Customer Service Officer**

This ASX100 market leader in waste management based in North Brisbane is ready to appoint a talented and highly customer centric Customer Service Officer into their team. In this role you will be accountable for responding promptly, in a positive, professional and timely manner, ensuring the customers’ needs are investigated and appropriately actioned.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- A demonstrated passion for delivering a premium customer experience
- Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- High level data entry skills, good literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent prioritising and organisational skills
- Confident problem-solving skills
- Experience operating in a high performing customer service focused operation
- Intermediate skills in the MS Suite of products

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring first call resolution is a focus to deliver ‘best practice’ outcomes
- Ensuring accurate entry of customer service information, work requests and daily run or work schedules to meet the weekly reports and resulting in run sheet distribution having zero errors
- Communicating openly and effectively with other departments to meet customers ‘needs
- Ensuring compliance with all company customer service procedures
- Remaining calm through any problem-solving activities and managing communication well

This is a permanent full-time role working between Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm (rotational start time), with the occasional Saturday shift paid as overtime (approximately one in every six weeks).
