Get Product Support Advisor

**_All West Engineering _**_is a mining service provider that offers fixed/mobile maintenance, manufacturing and equipment rebuilds for mining clients across Australia. _

We are searching for a GET Product Support Advisor. This role would ideally suit a tradesperson looking to get off the tools but remain at the forefront of the mining industry. You will have reasonable understanding / knowledge of GET. Placed with one of our Teir 1 clients this role is an amazing opportunity for a career change and career growth. Ideally you will have an eye for detail, passion for machine availability and productivity and a strong commitment to customer relations.

Role details:

- Provide on-site monitoring of ESCO GET product performance
- Maintain documentation of ESCO GET inspection and maintenance activities.
- Provide direct and indirect training on product installation and maintenance
- Document routine GET inspection, installation and disposal activities on customer mining equipment.
- Generate customer focused reports on the above activities
- Possess knowledge of all ESCO product (detailed training to be provided)
- Maintain high level of safety focus and demonstrate best safe practices of ESCO products.

The role is on a FIFO 8/6 roster - flying on Tuesday’s. There would be a site based vehicle for transport.
