Are you passionate about unlocking the potential of data and transforming it into valuable insights? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for identifying trends and patterns in data sets? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst Specialist

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**: As a Data Analyst Specialist, you will play a vital role in our client’s Performance Analysis and Reporting (PAR) team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- ** Identifying Data Sources**: You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing relevant data from various internal and external sources to enrich our data ecosystem.
- ** Completing Data Sets**: Collaborating closely with the PAR team, you'll assist in collecting any missing data points required for comprehensive data analysis.
- ** Data Organisation and Analysis**: You'll organise data into usable formats and leverage your analytical skills to uncover answers to specific business questions.
- ** Data Infrastructure Setup**: Working alongside the Technology and Business Information (TBI) team, you'll contribute to setting up data infrastructure and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of databases.
- ** Data Quality Assessment**: Ensuring data accuracy and reliability is essential. You will assess data quality, clean datasets, and remove any anomalies or inconsistencies.
- ** Generating Insights**: Utilising your analytical prowess, you'll generate meaningful information and actionable insights from complex data sets.
- ** Data Visualisation**: You'll collaborate with the PAR team to create new and engaging visualisation of data using tools like Power BI.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Identifying bottlenecks and bugs within the data ecosystem and working proactively to devise effective solutions.
- ** Reviewing Third Party Data**: You'll be responsible for evaluating and reviewing third-party data sources to determine their suitability for integration into our data ecosystem.
- ** Flexibility**: Willingness to take on additional activities as directed and when required, supporting the team in meeting its objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Experience with data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with complex datasets.
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
