**This role is integral in providing direction to the department's internal control environment and related governance matters and to monitor practices and controls for whole of department operational systems/processes (e.g. corporate card, travel, debt management etc.).

This includes coordination of cyclical reviews to fulfil departmental governance/reporting requirements.

The role provides significant contribution to the development of policies and procedures.
