**Accountabilities include**: - Lead and coordinate division-wide input to departmental compliance reports, including the Service Delivery Statements, Estimates Committee briefings and Annual Report, within required timeframes and ensuring accuracy and consistency of responses in accordance with whole-of government standards. Drive risk management within the division by providing expert direction and advice, building risk capability and developing and maintaining a risk management framework that supports business planning and risk assessment, including a robust process to transfer, escalate and share risks between stakeholders. Lead the liaison and negotiation with Corporate Division and other key stakeholders, regarding risk management and compliance reporting to advocate the needs of TransLink Division and ensure quality input is provided within agreed timeframes, ensuring alignment with TMR and whole-of-government frameworks. Lead and coordinate the provision of strategic advice, including options, opportunities, and the identification of risks to the Translink's executive management on matters regarding risk management and compliance reporting including legislation, frameworks, policies, standard and procedures. Facilitate and undertake the timely preparation of high-quality performance reports, by integrating, analysing, and reporting on information across the division, including the identification of emerging trends and issues, to assist the leadership team to monitor performance against key performance indicators. Proactively manage and supervise your staff in all aspects of people performance, including recruitment and selection, coaching and development, workplace health and safety and role modelling ethical behaviour, and decision making. Leadership and people management including the management of recruitment, performance, development, team communication, and ensuring a safe and diverse work environment
- Management functions including business planning, financial management, governance and other responsibilities as legislated in the Public Service Act 2008 to ensure delivery of a responsive, effective and efficient services to the community and the Government
