**Responsibilities**:
As the Contract Coordinator, you will be responsible for: *Maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication with existing clients to foster strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Effectively communicating client requirements to the business and providing accurate information about products and services.
- Documenting and acknowledging customer quality and performance requirements prior to order acceptance.
- Ensuring proposals for contract amendments are reviewed and approved according to quality procedures.

**Coordinating marketing, account management, and project activities within the existing client base.

**Collaborating with Program Managers and Senior Contract Manager to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.

**Developing strong customer relations and delivering contractual requirements.
- Maximizing client experience and satisfaction.
- Supporting contract extensions and promoting sales.

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in Contract Administration/Co-ordination.
- Profound understanding of customer sales and service, tender preparation, and ongoing account administration.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and negotiation abilities.
- Self-directed work approach with experience in prioritization and deadline management.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
