ConCreative specialises in custom architectural concrete solutions for high-end residential and commercial clients. We work with Australia’s leading architects, designers and construction managers to solve complex construction problems with the following services:

- Precast and insitu concrete solutions
- Microcement rendering
- Concrete polishing
- Cosmetic remedial work

As a consequence of the complexity of problems we are tasked to solve, we end up pushing the parameters of what concrete can do. This means we are often creating industry firsts and new ways of working with concrete. The quality of work we produce is our reputation, which is underpinned by the highly talented team of uniquely skilled trades professionals.

**About the Role**

Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced sales person who has had experience in selling concrete architectural products and services. This person will be responding to existing leads and outbound calls to secure new business. We will start on 1 day per week, with flexibility in the week to work the hours into their week, providing they meet KPIs. Then ramping up as KPIs are sustained.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and target prospective clients within the architectural and construction sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams, to interpret client needs and extract the necessary information for sales proposals and quotes.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts in conjunction with internal stakeholders
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, contractors, and developers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Key Skills & Experience**
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, architectural concrete, or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industry trends.

Salary & Super: $115k per annum_**pro rata to 1 day per week**_

**Role Purpose**

The Sales Representative for Architectural Concrete is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling architectural concrete products and solutions to architects, contractors, developers, and construction companies. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding client needs, and delivering the right brief internally for the business to develop customised solutions to meet project specifications.

**Objectives**

The overall objective of the Sales Representative is to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Specifically:

- Expand market share by identifying and acquiring new clients in the architectural and construction sectors.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support
- Enhance brand visibility and market presence through effective relationship-building activities.

**Responsibilities & Duties**

**Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and target prospective clients within the architectural and construction sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, contractors, and developers.
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations tailored to specific project needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Product Expertise and Support**:

- Stay informed about industry standards, new technologies, and best practices.
- Work closely with the technical and production teams to ensure product offerings meet client requirements.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, to interpret client needs and extract the necessary information for sales proposals and quotes.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products.
