As a part of our team, you will be providing support to the HR team. Your day to day tasks will include generalist HR administration duties such as coordination of our new starter processes (onboarding /letters of offer), HRIS/database maintenance, reporting, assistance with HR project initiatives, administration of changes to staff T&Cs and payroll support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administration and operational support to the HR team.
- Manage multiple inboxes and escalate queries where needed.
- Maintaining the HRIS and system, access platform and other HR related systems/platforms to ensure employees have the correct access and records for the entire employee life cycle.
- Assisting with HR Projects where required including assisting with the development of employee communications.
- Assisting in day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including on boarding, off-boarding, and employee record management.

**About You**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HR generalist role.
- Prior experience creating, implementing and advising on HR documentation such as contracts, policies & procedures.
- Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system and National Employment Standards is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and build and maintain relationships based on trust.
