**About Them**:
ACRWORLD are excited to be working with this absolute powerhouse, who are leaders in the building supply/ manufacturing industry. With an extremely popular name in the arena this business is looking to expand their sales team and bring on a new Account Manager for their Queanbeyan production.

Having been in operation for the last 30 years, this business is extremely diverse and very progressive offering an extremely flexible working environment and with this role specifically complete autonomy.

If you are someone who enjoys being out and about on the road, building relationships and generating new business and connections then this role will suit you well.

**Your Day to Day...**
- Hit the ground running looking after active accounts, with the opportunity to scale and increase accounts
- Customer focus role, mindset of being the market leader in our niche
- Customer and cross functional visits face to face, KPI of 20 calls a week
- Working with Salesforce CRM- Admin team to support you
- Budget focus, tech savvy and resilience required in a competitive environment
- Building and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Stramit to ensure strong customer service delivery

**You'll Need**:

- Experience in similar role and likeminded industry is ideal (even though you will be fully trained around Stramit and Fletcher Building)
- Strong experience in relationship building with fantastic customer centric outcomes
- Experience with CRMs, strong admin skills (We use Salesforce)
- Collaborative and supportive team player who can work independently as well
- Experience in selling products (building products is desirable or at least having knowledge in the construction arena.
