What You'll Do

As our Account Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for government clients, responsible for:

Client Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships and deliver tailored solutions that meet evolving needs.

Primary Contact: Be the go-to expert for client inquiries, resolving issues with speed and professionalism.

Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on Entity requirements and project goals.

Performance & Reporting: Monitor account performance and provide insightful monthly reports.

Strategic Reviews: Conduct regular entity reviews to uncover new opportunities and enhance client value.

Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute account strategies aligned with business objectives.

Documentation & Budgeting: Prepare proposals, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Culture Champion: Model Cushman & Wakefield's values and hold teams accountable to high standards.

What You Bring

We're looking for a confident leader with:

  • Australian Citizenship and Security clearance (or ability to obtain)

  • 5+ years' experience in Account Management, ideally in the Government sector

  • Proven success leading large teams and managing complex projects

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

  • A passion for problem-solving and delivering results
