You will join a leading Canberra IT solutions provider, dedicated to providing clients with industry leading customer service and technical advice. **Your new role**

As an Account Manager, you will understand the demands of the position, be a champion of their vision and values, support team members and deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This role is expected to achieve project KPI’s and provide ownership and accountability with exceptional communication from start to finish.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Account manage the assigned account base
- Be the first contact point for current customers from a sales, account management, accounts, and customer service perspective
- Identify opportunities within the current customer accounts to increase SOW and assist in aligning with the customers business outcomes
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Build prospect pipelines and forecast opportunities with current customers
- Manage the customer pipeline and accurately forecast
- Build revenue and GP through ongoing Customer Management
**What you'll need to succeed**
Experience
- Sales and customer service skills
- Understanding of server, storage, networking and cloud technologies
- Knowledge of current digital transformation trends
- Connectwise management and maintenance
- Strong Microsoft skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and any other relevant tools

- Ability to plan and work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail
