**The Role**:
Tasks in this challenging and rewarding role include:

- Keeping our financial and client databases up to date
- Processing payments and external invoices, including overseas invoices
- Preparing various reports and forms relating to the invoicing process
- Monthly and adhoc invoicing
- Creating new files and attending conflict checks
- Daily monitoring of trade mark correspondence
- Assisting the trade marks team in day to day correspondence and database management

**Requirements**:

- be able to coordinate and prioritise work and enjoy the challenge of shifting priorities
- be able to efficiently navigate databases and electronic file management systems
