**About the role**:
NHP have an exciting opportunity for a collaborative & enthusiastic 'Sales Support Administrator' to join our close-knit Adelaide team.
This role plays an integral part in the efficient functioning of our Wholesale & Sales teams where you will be required to provide a board range of Administrative support, whilst gaining valuable knowledge and insight into the Electrical industry.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Producing and updating reports for the Sales team
- Maintaining and coordinating marketing inventory
- Assisting in the planning, organising and executing of various sales functions, meetings and conferences as required
- Ensuring databases are updated regularly to reflect current information on customer contact details
- Assisting with travel coordination as required for the sales team
- Performing nominated administrative and ad hoc tasks as required for effective operation of the Sales function
**What you will bring to the role**:
- A minimum of 2 years Administration experience (preferably working within an office environment)
- Experience working with multiple departments and external stakeholders
- IT savvy, with a good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel)
- Excellent level of communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships, with a range of different people & personalities
- Demonstrated drive and initiative, with a proactive approach to work
- Personable, genuine style with a ‘positive’ attitude
