**About the role**

As our Vehicle Coordinator & Yard Hand, you’ll be the engine behind the smooth flow and top-notch readiness of Splend’s fleet at our Gold Coast Hub. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where no two days are the same. You’ll take full ownership of making sure our vehicles are clean, serviced, damage-assessed, and 100% customer-ready across all product lines.

From the final polish on a bonnet to ensuring our fleet meets the highest safety standards, you'll be the go-to for the presentation, preparation, and security of every vehicle that hits the road. **Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all vehicles are cleaned, full of fuel/charge.
- Controlling cars that are onsite at the depot, ensuring depot carpark is neat and tidy.
- Movement of vehicles to and from specified locations as required (Service, Warranty, etc).
- Completion of Inspection photos for vehicles (inbound, outbound)
- Inspecting and reviewing accident repaired vehicles
- Organisation of depot at the end of each day - ensuring vehicles are parked appropriately and secure.
- Assisting stakeholders with vehicle pick ups - Service, Accident repairs.
- Ensuring all vehicles are serviced on time and have the necessary works completed
- Receiving and preparing new vehicles (installation of telematic devices)
- Assisting in vehicle preparation for de-fleet (sale preparation)

**What you’ll bring**:

- Full unrestricted Australian Driver’s License (must have)
- Comfortable commuting and working out of our Gold Coast Hub located in Burleigh Heads
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Strong can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to ensure all compliance requirements are met
- The ability to go above & beyond in your role to assist the team and for customer satisfaction.
- Previous customer service experience (desirable)
- Stock control/Logistics or related industry experience (desirable)
- Mechanical aptitude or a reasonable understanding of motor vehicles (desirable)
