Caravan Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer focused Caravan Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers, from the moment they choose their caravan through to delivery.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
· Coordinate all aspects of caravan delivery, ensuring vehicles are prepped and ready.
· Liase with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal departments to track caravan builds, accessories and delivery timeframes.
· Schedule and manage caravan colour selections with customers, ensuring timely-sign off.
· Support the registration process for caravans and motorhomes.
· Keep customers updated on the progress of their caravan, managing communications professionally.
· Assist with customer handovers to provide seamless delivery.
· Provide reception support as needed.
About You
We are looking for someone who thrives and enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts. The ideal candidate will have:

· Strong customer service skills.
· Excellent organisation and time management skills.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
Previous experience in automotive, caravans or a similar industry.
