Diplomatik are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join one of our leading manufacturing clients based in Landsdale.

The position is an ongoing position with great long-term opportunities for the right person and is starting immediately with hours of 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining project plans through daily interactions with multiple departments
- Escalating impacts to the critical path as they arise
- Preparing meeting minutes and distributing to the project teams
- Managing project documentation across multiple projects
- Following up with vendors to confirm receipt of 8D claim
- Re-issuing of missing 8D claims
- Raising claims for rejected items
- Fortnightly reporting to Operations and BU management on status of claims
- Set up for ongoing control of rejected items and 8D claims
- Consolidating employee timesheets
- Escalate gaps to production supervisor for action

**Required**:

- Certificate in business administration or similar (Not essential)
- Previous project administration experience
- Ability to follow accurate company processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Competent in MS Excel, word, and Project systems
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
