**The role**:
Our team in Transaction Banking works collaboratively with Business and Private Bank (B&PB) segment to deliver the best NAB solutions to meet their needs. They are experts in their field and utilise their knowledge in Transaction Banking to engage with bankers along with other specialists and referral partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience while gaining a deep understanding of what our customers would benefit from within their business.

Our Specialised Banking Managers, Transaction Banking are there to support businesses manage their cashflow and payments effectively. We are there for our customers. We have an exceptional CVP (Customer Value Proposition) to arm you with the tools that can really help businesses realise their full transactional potential while ensuring we become our customers Bank of Choice.

As our new Specialised Banking Manager, Transaction Banking, you will work with Bankers and customers across the Business Banks Specialised, Diversified & Corporate Agri portfolios to attract and retain customers by identifying a customer’s needs for our Transactional Banking solutions and selecting the appropriate NAB channel/s to fulfil those needs. **As a Transaction Banking Manager, you will**:

- Support our customers collect/manage money and make payments securely and efficiently
- Assist our customers to improve cashflow, business efficiency and provide great visibility and control over payments
- Deliver a great customer experience and grow customer advocacy
- Identify complex client solutions across a diverse range of Transaction Banking products to ensure we meet client's specific needs for new and existing customers.
- Uplift Business Banker knowledge and capability through coaching and influencing

**What you will bring**:
You will be a proactive and passionate transactional banker with a customer centric mindset with exemplary stakeholder management skills. You will bring your passion to deliver outstanding solutions for customers and be able to utilise your deep transaction banking expertise in this diverse role. In addition to this, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Previous experience within Transaction/Business Banking
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining quality relationships with our business owners and internal stakeholders
- Strong consultative mindset wanting the best outcomes for your customers
- Drive to succeed and leveraging your existing networks to increase growth
