Our team in Transaction Banking works collaboratively with Business and Private Bank (B&PB) segment to deliver the best NAB solutions to meet their needs. They are experts in their field and utilise their knowledge in Transaction Banking to engage with bankers along with other specialists and referral partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience while gaining a deep understanding of what our customers would benefit from within their business.

Our Specialised Banking Managers, Transaction Banking are there to support businesses manage their cashflow and payments effectively. We are there for our customers. We have an exceptional CVP (Customer Value Proposition) to arm you with the tools that can really help businesses realise their full transactional potential while ensuring we become our customers Bank of Choice.

As our new Specialised Transaction Banking Manager, you specialise within the Government, Education & Community (GEC) Portfolio, to attract and retain customers by identifying needs for Transactional Banking solutions and selecting the appropriate NAB channel/s to fulfil those needs.

**Your Focus**:

- Deliver a great customer experience and grow customer advocacy
- Identify complex client solutions across a diverse range of transaction banking products to ensure we meet client's specific needs
- Collaboratively engage with Bankers, Specialists and referral partners
- Provide valued insights and appropriate recommendations on cash management & transactional solutions
- Lifting Business Banker knowledge and capability through coaching and influencing
- Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to Process and Procedures and escalate events, issues and breaches as they are identified.

**About You**:
You will be a proactive and passionate transactional banker with a customer centric mindset with exemplary stakeholder management skills. You will have deep insights and experience in understanding the challenges business owners face with the ability to translate business aspiration into strategic execution. In addition to this, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Previous experience within Transaction/Business Banking
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining quality relationships with our business owners and internal stakeholders
- Experience working across a GEC Portfolio is preferred but not essential
- Strong consultative mindset wanting the best outcomes for your customers
- Drive to succeed and leveraging your existing networks to increase growth
- Strong networks and business development skills
- Robust, proactive operating rhythm
- Collaborative stakeholder management skills
- Experience in building and maintaining quality relationships
- Sound business acumen and knowledge of cashflow solutions
- Relevant tertiary qualification (ideal)
