Reporting to the Finance Manager you will work alongside the Senior Accounts Officers in a diverse and fast-paced role based in Helensvale, Queensland. In joining a certified ‘Great Place to Work’ you will have the opportunity to develop your career and have exposure to the intricacies of an internal finance team. **Responsibilities** - Issuing invoices for various entities, reconciling, and processing payments - Follow-up all outstanding AR invoices in a timely manner - Completing weekly AP payments from multiple entities - Processing invoices, creating purchase orders, and coding these transactions as needed - Processing and reconciling company credit card statements - Maintaining files and records - Work closely with site teams and Project Administration Teams to ensure invoices are processed and paid on time - Data entry, administration and support as required **Essential Skills and Attributes** - Previous experience as an Accounts Officer, ideally within a construction environment - Excellent problem solving skills - First class communication skills - Ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities - Experience with Viewpoint accounting software or similar (not required) **What’s next?** If you would like to join our team and hold full, unlimited working rights in Australia, we encourage you to submit your CV.
