The role (why it exists)

Be the single point of coordination for our key trade accounts — from quote to cash. You'll own quoting, order flow, stock allocations, invoicing, returns, and dispatch scheduling, while coordinating with our Buyers (for supplier pricing) and Technical Advisors (for complex scopes). You'll report to the Sales Manager and keep the whole job moving with accuracy and pace.

What you'll do

  • Front-door ownership: Manage assigned clients taking complete ownership over the clients needs
  • Price & revise: Manage Pricing expectations for volume purchasing to the Buyer team for project/supplier pricing, then update and return the final quote to the client for approval. (Buyers may coordinate supplier/client technical sessions as needed.)
  • Coordinate delivery: Lock in stock allocations, communicate with client regarding trading credit to invoice stock out, confirm lead times, and schedule dispatch/couriers.
  • Manage changes: Process variation quotes, returns/RMAs, credits and re-invoicing with accuracy and audit discipline.
  • Keep stakeholders in sync: Liaise with Technical Advisors (Electrical, HVAC, Data/Solar) for product/application guidance; update clients and internal teams with clear ETAs and milestones.
  • Own the record: Maintain clean data across CRM/Magento, Accounting, Purchasing, Stock Returns, and Courier modules; ensure every job is fully traceable.
  • Service mindset: Be the calm, friendly problem-solver for our platinum and growth accounts — proactive status updates, zero surprises.

Must-have skills & experience

  • Advanced systems literacy: CRM/Magento, Accounting, Purchasing, Stock Return, Courier & dispatch platforms.
  • Proven coordination across quoting → order fulfilment → invoicing → returns/credits.
  • Strong written/verbal communication; confident with clients and suppliers.
  • High attention to detail, data accuracy, and follow-through under deadlines.
  • Experience in trade supply (Advantage if knowledgeable with any of Solar/Electrical/HVAC/Data) is highly regarded.

The offer

  • Full-time, salaried role: $70,000–$80,000 + super (commensurate with experience)
  • Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday
  • Location: Helensvale (Head Office)
