**Maddington Toyota**is looking for a highly organised** Service Administrator**to become a vital member of our dynamic Service Team
As a Service Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and manage all administrative tasks for the service department. This will include processing paperwork, data entry, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Possess excellent keyboard skills and demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Are autonomous, diligent, and take full ownership and accountability for your workload.
- Can multitask and prioritise effectively, delivering quality work while meeting strict deadlines.
- Have an enthusiastic, friendly, and proactive demeanour and always demonstrate a helpful attitude towards colleagues and guests.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively convey information to different stakeholders.
- Are punctual, dependable, adaptable, and flexible, always willing to go the extra mile when necessary.
- ** Dealership Administration Experience is preferred**
