The Opportunity

Samsung Electronics Australia is looking for a National Account Manager responsible for managing the TV/AV category within the Consumer Electronics division; with responsibility for to achieve budgeted sales objectives for TV/AV products sold.

Role and Responsibilities- Develop sales plans for Sell In and Sell Out and coordinate marketing programs with key accounts within the context of top-line corporate strategy.- Drive and oversee Quarterly Business Planning and annual Joint Business Plan with manager, HOD, Product Marketing and cross functional engagement with Marcoms and Retail management teams.- Responsible for Account Net sales result and managing account investment, optimizing ROI and alignment with top-line business objectives.- Responsible for the assigned account forecast performance and coordination with retailer and supply chain management team to ensure optimal forecast fulfilment, channel inventory level and long term outlook. Work closely with Product Marketing to close gaps and align on market wide forecast- Set account priorities and direction for State managers and field team to ensure in store execution of retail strategy and promotional activities.- Manage and negotiate the key account promotional plan across all media and consumer touch points, maximize ROI and alignment with product strategy and national campaigns.- Manage the client relationship plus internal and external stake holders. Assess impact and provide recommendation for cross category and divisional engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful for the role, you should have a "can do" attitude with a proactive approach. Relevant experience / skills include:
- Prior national account management experience preferably within Consumer Electronics and open to FMCG/Consumer Goods industry-
- Experience with a national account customer level and able to demonstrate account management or category management knowledge-
- Proven ability to achieve specific product sales targets with forecasting experience-
- Previous experience in building and maintaining customer satisfaction through the development of broad customer relationships, including senior management contact-
