**About our client**:
Our client is an iconic brand within the Australian financial services sector, a market leader within the business banking domain. A challenger brand that has seen huge success over the last five years, firmly establishing itself in the business banking domain and taking market share from the big four.

**The role**:
This role will take ownership of the business banking lending product portfolio. As such you will create and deliver product strategy across a range of offerings to ensure continued market growth and retention.

The key to success in this role will be to define, develop and deliver a clear customer experience strategy across the business lending portfolio. In addition, you will define the product roadmap and work closely with key stakeholders across the group to facilitate the broader business banking strategy is delivered.

You will report to the Head of Business Product, a professional with twenty years of domain expertise and a known thought leader within the Australian market. This will provide unrivalled learning and development opportunities allowing you to springboard your career.

You will be a proven Product Manager with a background in both new product development and enhancement of an ongoing portfolio targeted to improve commercial success.

The must haves for this role include:

- Entrepreneurial spirit with high energy and passion for creating market leading products
- Minimum five years of product management experience within financial services
- Manage product lifecycle end to end from product identification, scope, build and launch
- Create, manage, and implement a portfolio strategy
- Drive product profitability, own pricing and financial management of all products
- Work with marketing to support the design and execution of marketing strategy
- Highly analytical mindset with proven experience carrying out a detailed competitor and market research
- Create and own customer experience strategy across the portfolio
- Identify new and existing product development opportunities through research and collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proven project management skills, ability to oversee product development and launch new products on time and on budget
- Manage risk across the product range, working closely with risk SME to ensure it is at the forefront of operations and managed effectively
- Work with GM level stakeholders to create a clear product roadmap to achieve commercial goals
- Strong people management skills across both direct and indirect reports
- Ability to manage cross vertical teams from business, technical and external vendors
- Exceptional stakeholder skills, this role has high visibility within the organisation at a local and international level
- Financial services experience is a must, any exposure to products from the lending, superannuation or insurance space is highly desirable

**What’s on offer?**

A permanent full-time role, the salary range is $160,000 - $200,000 including super, plus benefits and bonus.
