We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team at AC3

AC3 have offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland. There is flexibility on location (Sydney or Melbourne) and also a balance with working from home (WFH)

Product Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clearly understand business needs to create the product vision
- Own the Product Roadmap, driving the ongoing development of products and services that meet our customer business needs
- Management of the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Identify the MVP for products to ensure customer feedback is collected as early as possible and integrated in subsequent versions
- Working with vendors and partners to include their offerings in AC3 products and services
- Drive continuous improvement across our existing products and services
- Develops metrics and measures the success of new product initiatives

Internal Enablement
- Communicate rationale for new initiatives and product features, inclusive of strategic fit, cost models, pricing and customer value to the rest of the business
- Conduct technical training and enablement for all team members on new and existing products and services
- Act as an escalation point for our internal teams for product information

Delight Customers
- Be a relentless customer advocate delivering a world-class user experience that solves real customer problems
- Develop a strong understanding of our customers and advocate for them internally
- Be part of a team that reliably delivers on the needs of our customers

About you
- 4+ years’ relevant work experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Proven ability to create and manage product roadmaps maintaining a ‘customer first’ approach
- Experience working on professional and managed services related products and services, where enterprise and government customers are the end users
- Combination of technical and business background
- Proven ability to self-manage, prioritise and deliver outcomes based on strategic objectives
- Exposure to Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud environments and tools
- Exposure to Managed Services for Applications and Data
- Experience in Lean and Agile methodologies
- Experience in aligning product GTM strategy to specific vertical market segments, especially Government and Financial services

Skills and Knowledge
- Passionate about customers with a strong capacity to understand market and strategic drivers to set clear goals and define problems
- Obsessive about helping create the ultimate customer experience
- Combination of technical aptitude, commercial, and product management skills, communication, negotiation and decision-making ability
- Ability to solve problems with consideration to business impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and peers across technical and non-technical, written and verbal communications; proven document and report writing skills; well-developed negotiation, time management and planning skills
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships across the business to drive product development and growth
- Ability to solve complex and detailed problems using an analytical and data driven approach with strong attention to detail
