**Role Purpose**

The Product Manager will be responsible for developing a suite of products that cater to different user groups in the residential property market, such as developers, listing managers, leasing managers, and more. The role holder will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and software development, to understand market needs, assess competition, and create workflow and features for the new product strategy. The Product Manager will also be actively working on creating business models with sales teams and development teams for new products and features.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM) are desirable.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Strong commercial acumen
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medium or large organisations.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products to market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Outstanding ability to create and manage product roadmaps, prioritise features, and manage competing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex data and market trends.
- Experience in creating business models and pricing strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
