Our Consumer lending Tribe is looking for an experienced **Product Manager** with **Marketeer prowess, project management skills** and above all, passion for customer experience. We call our Product Manager roles** ‘Customer Journey Experts’ **and they combine all of these skills for the ultimate goal of delivering our customers the best possible experience and offerings.
From Discovery to Delivery-ready, you will be across identifying needs, product design** (in the area of Credit Cards and Personal Loans) **product and feature development with cross-functional squads and then decisions on marketing and channel distribution. Involvement, end to end. Our CJE roles are varied, focussed roughly half the time on Product Management, and the remainder on creating compelling product features, managing product risk and ad-hoc product project management.
**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Working with other Customer Journey Experts in effectively delivering change across the business by supporting them in change readiness, stakeholder management, gathering requirements and building effective end to end solutions.
- Supporting tribe and internal stakeholders on production issues from triage to resolution
- Working effectively in an Agile environment; prioritising stories, participating in scrum events and contributing to sprints
- Determining and formulating the business and product requirements within the legislative and regulatory frameworks and in line with customer interests
- Maintaining up to date professional knowledge and skills; including on regulatory, market, customer and competitive trends
**What are we looking for? Someone who**
- Has demonstrated relevant experience (5+ years) in product management or delivery of customer initiatives, preferably across consumer lending. We look for marketing, CX and data lead generation skills.
- Experience in process optimisation and/or project management is also ideal.
- Financial acumen, including business case development skills would be well received in the Tribe.
- Demonstrates self-leadership and is confident to work independently.
- Is capable of influencing stakeholder expectations to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved.
- Serves as an example of continuous feedback, embracing a learning culture.
