Direct Lifts specialises in supply and install of modern, eye-catching lifts and elevators throughout the east coast of Australia. Working closely with architects, builders and property owners we collaborate and design lifts to suit our clients requirements and décor.

**Role**

With a lot of projects on the go and many more to come, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated **Administrative Assistant **to join the team.

**We are looking for someone to**:

- Answer inbound customer service calls and handling customer enquires;
- Provide general and accounts administrative assistance;
- Assist with the management of stock levels and replacement parts by ordering of spare parts;
- Liaise with Sub Contractors to mange site progress and invoicing;
- Monthly reconciliation of company credit card;
- Other ad hoc duties such as maintaining sim registers and chasing up outstanding storage invoices.

**What will you bring to the party**:

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
- Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally and the ability to keep accurate records of services etc.
- Willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
- Accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out duties in an efficient and timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $47,699.92 - $66,607.84 per year

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
