The National market leader in seasonal event design & illumination requires an experienced, organised and enthusiastic NSW Account Manager to join their Sydney team.

**Overview**
Reporting to the Group Account Director, this is a unique and exciting opportunity. Working with high-end retail, commercial & council clients, this role offers great professional rewards in a creative and dynamic environment with a passionate and supportive team.

The position is based in the Sydney Office and is full time with an immediate start.

The successful applicant will be seeking a permanent role with an industry leader where they can use their background in Relationship/Account Management in the display / event / retail / entertainment /exhibition industry.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Acting as the main client interface
- Scoping clients’ properties & gathering technical information
- Briefing internal team on scope of works
- Overseeing concept development with the Design team
- Assembling proposals & project documents
- Conducting client presentations
- Assisting Project Manager to organise client infrastructure & site preparation
- Attending project installation, conducting audits on dismantle and assisting Project

Manager (onsite where required)
- Updating client on project progress and dealing with any problems swiftly
- Possessing supreme knowledge of the company's product range and services
- Achieving sales targets
- Managing client records
- The production of weekly reports & schedules
- Identifying and growing opportunities within the territory
- Excellent communicator with good presentation and sales skills
- Highly organised with excellent planning & administration skills
- Creative flair, design awareness, decorative ability
- Quick learner and thorough operator
- Flexible with regard to work hours during the install & dismantle season (October - January)
- The ability to operate highly autonomously when required, but also functioning as a team player
- Sound level of IT literacy

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mascot, NSW 2020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Account management: 3 years (preferred)
- Events management: 1 year (preferred)
