**Our Team**

Our industry leading Finance Solutions team in Sydney operate within our broader Corporate & Capital Markets line of business. They are a team of industry specialists led by partner James Mok and includes partners Matt Cunningham and Leigh De Jong. The team acts for major lenders, banking institutions and leading corporates across the full spectrum of financing transactions, including corporate finance, property finance, project finance, asset and structured finance.

**Your Role**

You will be working on a broad range of corporate finance matters spanning secured, unsecured, syndicated, club and bilateral transactions, both cross-border and domestic. You will enjoy a fascinating variety of legal work as part of a collaborative national team.

You will be part of a close, supportive team working closely with Matt and other leading partners who will enable you to develop your professional brand as a senior lawyer.

**More About You**
- 3-5 years' experience in corporate finance, including institutional and corporate lending, syndications, acquisition and leveraged finance, gained within a reputable commercial law firm or professional services firm
- Strong technical drafting and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate commercial terms and to assist clients with making difficult decisions
- A client focused mindset, a responsive manner and a demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients and industry contacts
- A team player attitude, a collaborative method and collegial style, and the ability to mentor junior lawyers in the group
