Client Management & Execution (CME) is the Centre of Credit & Execution Excellence within Corporate Finance, and the broader C&IB business. CME teams work closely with CIB Coverage and Product teams to manage the CIB customer portfolios.

**In this Associate Director Client Management & Execution role you will**:

- Partnering with Client Coverage and Product Specialist teams with their origination activities and owning the portfolio risk management functions
- Managing the larger and more complex transactions within the CME Directorship
- Utilise your demonstrated experience to provide input and support on structuring transactions, preparing credit submissions, employing and overseeing financial modelling
- Driving transactions forward whilst engaging multiple stakeholders to achieve a seamless client experience;
- Responsible for oversight of the risk profile and monitoring and compliance requirements
- Proactive and effective workflow management reviews
- Contribute to and maintain oversight of portfolio maintenance
- Identify and embed process changes to drive continuous improvement and process efficiency.

**What will you bring**:

- Demonstrated extensive experience working in a similar role within the Corporate & Institutional Banking market;
- Strong skills in credit writing, transaction and loan structuring, financial analysis and modelling;
- Significant experience in negotiating and executing loan and security documentation for complex, multi-financier credit exposures;
- Commercially astute, with an awareness of industry and market risk related issues
- Exceptional communication, relationship management and leadership skills;
- Proven ability in strategic planning, workflow management and execution skills;
- Tertiary qualifications, typically in commerce, business, finance or related discipline;
- Professional or Postgraduate qualifications preferred (generally CA, CPA, MBA or Masters)
