We're partnering with the Australian arm of a high-growth global aggregator, backed by an international private equity fund with offices across Paris, Spain, and Germany, to appoint a Corporate Finance professional to their growing Sydney team.

The business operates at the intersection of real assets and digital media, with a focus on owning, upgrading, and digitising out-of-home media across Australia. The company has already established a significant national footprint through strategic acquisitions, sale-and-leaseback transactions, and digital transformation initiatives, positioning itself as a market leader in this evolving sector.

In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director and an entrepreneurial leadership team comprising proven operators and founders who have successfully built and exited businesses in this space. You'll play a key role in supporting the next phase of growth and consolidation, combining financial and commercial analysis to drive decision-making across investments, capital deployment, pricing, and business planning, while collaborating with a best-in-class corporate finance team based in London. The environment is lean, fast-paced, and high-impact, offering hands-on exposure to both strategic investment activity and corporate operations.

The ideal candidate will have begun their career in a chartered accounting environment (CA qualified) and subsequently developed complementary experience across banking, M&A, valuations, or corporate development, with around 3-8 years of total experience (or equivalent seniority).
