Sydney- Investment Banking- PermanentOur client is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join their Corporate Finance team to assist in due diligence, industry sector analysis, road shows, documentation preparation.

The client is an Australian based boutique investment bank founded in 2016. They’re focused on creating value for clients over the long-term. Their culture is to operate in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment to provide creative solutions for clients.

They have been operating for the last 3 years and have completed over 75 transactions during that time.

You will have 2-4 years’ experience in Corporate Advisory experience in Australia.

The focus of your role will be the due diligence, industry sector analysis, road showing clients, documentation preparation of primary equity deals, either IPO’s or placements, and cross border M&A Advisory.

You will be highly motivated and a self-starter. This is an opportunity to become a key early part of a fast growing and dynamic investment banking and equities business.

The role of the Corporate Finance Analyst is to support senior team members in the facilitation of long term strategic relationships and investments. Key responsibilities will include financial modeling, forecasting, benchmarking analysis and business case writing.

**Skills and Experience**
- 2-4+ years’ experience in Corporate Finance in an Investment Bank or Stockbroking or Advisory firm.
- Detailed knowledge of Corporate Finance including cross border transactions, execution processes and valuation methodologies.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
