**The company**

Our client is a leading service provider to the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industry. An opportunity has become available to join their National credit team in a key allocations and reconciliations role.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Team Supervisor, your responsibilities will include however will not be limited to
- Obtain daily bank statement and process daily receipts
- Allocation and Reconciliation of EFT’s and Cheques
- Reconcile credit card batches
- Reverse declined credit card receipts
- Investigation of orders
- Assisting with inbound phone calls

**About you**
- Intermediate Excel skills working with large volumes of data
- Driver's license and own car - this position is not accessible by public transport
- Able to work towards deadlines with competing priorities
- Previously worked within a general accounts position for approximately 1-2 years
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Ability to work within a cohesive team and a positive attitude are non negotiable
