**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Roster Officer** to be part of our Business Services Unit, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Roster Officer provides efficient and effective coordination and management of the rostering portfolio, utilising all human resources available to achieve corporate, community and command requirements

**Target Question 1**:
Describe a situation where you had to handle a complex scheduling conflict. What are some of the considerations that you needed to work through to achieve a positive outcome?

**Target Question 2**:
The Roster Officer is required to produce effective and compliant rostering schedules for a 24/7 environment. Provide examples of how you have previously prepared and maintained rosters to ensure that they are deployed timely and appropriately.
