**Your new company**

Your new company is a reputable and well known not-for-profit looking for a Rostering Officer to join their team on a temporary basis to assist with the implementation of a new rostering system across their locations.

**Your new role**

In your new role you will be responsible for:

- Assist in the creation, editing and maintenance of rosters
- Lead the implementation of the new staff rostering software system (UKG) across the organisation's locations.
- Identify and propose innovative solutions to rectify gaps and achieve improvements in workforce related matters
- Ensure that business units that operate within a predetermined workforce benchmarking
- Contribute to the development of processes to effectively manage workforce
- Provide training to staff on the new rostering system

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to succeed, you will ideally:

- Have solid rostering experience in shift-based work
- Demonstrated in depth knowledge of rostering processes and best practice
- Demonstrated experience delivering training in an adult learning environment
- Experience using rostering systems and software such as UKG
- Capacity to work on a range of tasks in a dynamic, changeable environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
