We have a rich history and have been providing residential aged care for more than 40 years.

**What we need**
We have a Permanent Part time opportunity (3 days per fortnight, must be able to work Mondays) available for a highly motivated, outside the box thinker to join our team as a Rostering Officer

**What will you do?**
As the Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Management of the daily rostering of employees
- Ensuring sick leave, annual leave and general vacancies are filled with suitably skilled staff that meet contractual and EBA requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and sick leave certificates and arrange orientation for new staff as necessary.
- Maintain internal education records.
- Complete other ad-hoc administration duties as directed

**What you bring to the role**
- Demonstrated experience in contemporary record keeping
- Excellent Communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Rostering Experience within a Residential Aged Care Setting (highly desirable)
