**The Opportunity**

An exciting career opportunity is available for a passionate and creative Social Producer to join our team, reporting to our Social & Content Manager. This role will work within the Digital & MarComms team, within the Marketing function, working across all key Arnott’s brands (e.g. Tim Tam, Shapes, Iced VoVo etc) and Campbell’s Soup / Stock.

As Social Producer you will support the implementation of our Social Always On strategy and brand campaigns through the development of engaging, insight-driven, social media-first content. The perfect role for a creative storyteller with demonstrated experience developing best-in-class social-first static & video content.

**The Accountabilities**
- Grow and engage social audiences by creating best-in-class social media content (video and static) to support the implementation of our social media strategy and quarterly plans
- Ideate and edit video content in multiple formats with some graphics and animation required - including producing short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Lead photo and video shoots, including the ideation of shots, development of shot list and on-the-day shoot management
- Identify new trends and topics to build new social content around, tapping into key cultural moments, ensuring you are agile and reactive to social opportunities at pace
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform best practices, and technologies
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including but not limited to Marketing, Corporate Comms, Product Development and Customer Experience teams to determine quarterly content requirements
- Manage external photographer/videographer and production of assets
- Support and contribute to the success of the broader social team

**The Ingredients for Success**

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

- 3+ years’ experience in a social media content creation role
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or other related fields)
- Experience creating content fit for social and a genuine passion for great content and the Social Media landscape
- Competent in video capture, lighting, sound, and editing skills - with experience using the Adobe Suite
- Competent in effectively managing your own workflow and timelines, while balancing quick-response requests
- Confident in directing talent when needed
- High attention to detail
- A high level of drive and initiative, a desire to seek innovative ways to challenge the status quo, and open to testing and learning
- Ability to deliver in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations, and deliver on deadlines
