We’re searching for a **talented Social Media Specialist** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and driven to make a difference in the digital space.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Platform Management**: Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms, with a specific focus on Xiaohongshu (RedBook), Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- **Content Creation**: Design and develop high-quality graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using **Canva**and **Adobe Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- **Account Growth**: Implement strategies to grow follower counts, increase engagement, and enhance brand presence.
- **Analytics & Optimization**: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall campaign strategies.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains innovative and impactful.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in social media management.
- Proven experience managing and growing accounts on **Xiaohongshu (RedBook)**.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in **Canva** and **Adobe Suite** tools for creating visually appealing content.
- Strong understanding of social media strategies, analytics, and tools.
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to feedback.
- A proactive and growth-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning and improvement.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience creating and managing paid social media campaigns.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,870.93 - $65,272.13 per year
