We are looking for a passionate and pro-active Marketing Automation Manager to join our team in this newly created, permanent position. We need a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert to take on responsibility for the orchestration and delivery of automated customer experiences for Medibank.

With a focus on leadership and delivery, this critical role also takes accountability for the implementation and ongoing management of robust QA and data governance process for all marketing communications to ensure that the relevant privacy and industry regulations are always adhered to.

Leading the Marketing Automation team, this role requires a SME on Salesforce Marketing Cloud capability for the business and is responsible for leading the delivery of automated digital communications and experiences via the Salesforce Marketing Cloud suite of product.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Leading the end-to-end delivery process for SFMC campaigns.
- Accountability for the QA, governance and compliance controls of automated campaigns from SFMC.
- Translating business requirements to customer outcomes to realise business benefit.

**About You**

The ideal individual will be results driven and passionate about leading and developing a high performing team and further nurturing the existing strong team culture. You will play a leading role in working with stakeholders across Marketing to manage priorities and work together to execute outcomes that balance compliance needs with customer experience front of mind.

To be successful in the role, you’ll need to be a motivated and creative thinker with a passion for problem solving. Experience working in a highly regulated environment is a must, as are demonstrated resource management skills. You’ll enjoy working at a fast pace with a range of stakeholders and be just as happy to roll your sleeves up and get involved in the detail when required, as you are managing and overseeing at a high level.
