The Acquisition Manager role sits within the Customer Acquisition Marketing team who are responsible for acquiring new customers to the organisation through paid media as well as organic channels.

The Role
Some key responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies, including paid advertising (e.g., PPC, display, social media ads), affiliate marketing, and other online channels.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various marketing channels and campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact campaign performance or budget allocation.
- Ad Creatives and Content: Collaborate with Brand/Creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page content that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
- Data Analysis: Continuously analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Reporting and Metrics: Generate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders. KPIs may include ROI, CAC, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Compliance: Ensure that marketing campaigns comply with relevant laws and regulations, for data privacy and advertising standards.
- Personalization and Segmentation: Utilize MarTech tools to create personalized and targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and behaviour analysis.
Who are we searching for.
It is essential that you have a strong understanding of Social Media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and an awareness of Website Analytics (mostly in Google Analytics).
Ideally, someone with a proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI. You come with hands on experience / skills in platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing Ads, SA360, DV360, CM360, GA4 etc.
- Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
- Experience working on a Performance Media (SEM and Social) strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and a metrics measurement background.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, the ability to consistently meet deadlines and work on multiple projects at one time.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, project management, and time management skills.
